Exploring Black identity through an expansive and multidimensional lens, allows me to construct experimental bodies of work that reflect both personal and universal themes of blackness. I aim to capture the vitality and presence of Black identity as something dynamic and alive. By developing an intentional foundation, this
work calls upon quiet resilience, joy, and defiance, revealing the nuanced, multifaceted nature of Black existence.
